Spanish Immersion Summer Camp 2026-Sign Up by June 17th!

Drawing on over 20 years of experience as a Spanish immersion educator and instructional specialist, I’m excited to announce our first annual summer camp for students enrolled in Spanish Immersion programs or whose home language is Spanish. This camp is designed to help your child feel confident, excited, and well-prepared for the upcoming school year. Engaging with peers in this way just before the 2026 school year begins is a wonderful way to strengthen skills and build enthusiasm for learning in Spanish.

This is an immersive, engaging and story-based camp, pulling from instructional methodology such as Scottish Storyline method and Guided Language Acquisition Design GLAD) built to get students talking, singing, moving, reading and writing all in our target language of Spanish. Students will create a character of their choosing to travel around our imaginary city solving problems that arise, learning vocabulary and practicing their oral language skills along the way.

Daily Schedule

Open to students entering 3rd-6th grade, camp will run from 9am-3pm (8:30am-9:00am drop-off/ 3:00pm-3:30pm pick-up) M-F the week of August 17th-21st. Located at Fremont United Methodist Church.
